You’re probably on this page because you’re wondering who I am—and why you might consider working with me.
Let me start here: I’m not a famous coach with a book deal or a speaking tour, and that’s perfectly fine with me. The real reason I coach is because I truly love it. I love helping people find that next step, the one that unlocks clarity and propels them toward significance.
Now, anyone can say that. But if you know me, you know coaching isn’t a marketing line—it’s what lights me up. It started years ago, back when I was a part-time FedEx driver. One day, a manager named Dan Moyles (thank you, Dan) pulled me aside and said, “Jonathan, you should be in the leadership program. If I recommend you, will you do it?” That moment changed everything.
For the next year, unpaid and on my own time, I showed up at 5AM with a small group of others to be mentored by Dan and his peers. We learned what leadership really meant—how to navigate change, communicate clearly, and influence with integrity. That experience led me to apply (and be accepted) into FedEx’s formal leadership program, and I never looked back.
What started as a spark became a calling.
Twenty years later, that calling still drives me—as a Vice President leading teams every day, and as a certified executive coach helping others grow. I coach clients from their 20s to their 50s, each navigating the challenges of being a great leader in today’s fast-changing world.
That’s why I launched the Change Agent Leadership podcast—to help people lead well through change. And it’s why I produce weekly “how-to” leadership videos on my YouTube channel—so that leaders everywhere can develop the practical skills they need to thrive.
I haven’t “figured it all out.” But I’ve learned a lot. I’ve led through pressure, conflict, and transformation. And I’ve seen that while leadership is complex, the fundamentals remain the same.
My coaching is built on those fundamentals. I help you apply timeless principles to your unique context—so you can grow with clarity, courage, and purpose.
Because who you are is how you lead.
Grow as a leader. Thrive as a person. Because who you are is how you lead.
